Privacy Policy
In short
Psynaptik does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking. The app works offline and keeps its small amount of settings on your own device.

What the app stores on your device
The app saves a few preferences and usage counters locally on your device (for example, display settings and how many reference profiles you have opened this month). This information never leaves your device and I cannot see it. Deleting the app removes it.
What the app does not do
- It does not ask you to create an account or sign in.
- It does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
- It does not contain advertising or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- It does not accept or store clinical data, test scores, or information about patients.
Network use
All atlas content is bundled inside the app, so it does not need to contact my servers to work.
App stores
You download Psynaptik from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process your account and any purchases under their own privacy policies. I receive only aggregated, anonymous statistics that the stores provide (such as download counts and crash summaries).
This website
This site is a static set of pages. My hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. I do not use cookies or analytics on this site.
Children
Psynaptik is written for students and professionals and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Because I do not collect personal data, there is normally nothing for me to access, correct, or delete. If you believe I hold information about you, contact me and I will respond in line with applicable law, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the EU/UK GDPR, and the CCPA.

Psynaptik is for educational reference only and is not a substitute for formal training, clinical supervision, or professional judgment.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date above, and the new version will apply from then. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
